Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity?
A: There is no quantity minimum, only a £5 order minimum!
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship worldwide! We can ship to any location, via normal airmail or express!
Q: What are your shipping prices?
A: Shipping prices are based on the weight of the items. If you simply add all the items you want to your basket, then click on 'view cart' in the right-hand corner, it will give you the shipping options, and shipping price for each!
Q: What are the average delivery times for each postage method?
A: Here are the delivery times (APPROXIMATELY):
- AIRMAIL = 14-20 working days
- UK EXPRESS = 5-8 working days
- USA EXPRESS = 5-8 working days
- EUROPE EXPRESS = 5-8 working days
- AUSTRALIA & OTHER EXPRESS = 5-8 working days

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Currently, we accept PAYPAL , CREDIT CARD & DEBIT CARD payments. For large orders we can also accept BANK TRANSFERS, please contact us for bank transfer details.
Q: I cant see the option to pay by card...I can only see Paypal...I dont have a Paypal account???
A: You do not need a Paypal account to buy from us.
Once you go to checkout you will use Paypal as a secure method to take your card payment,
YOU DO NOT NEED TO SIGN UP TO PAYPAL OR HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO USE THE PAYPAL CHECKOUT CREDIT/DEBIT CARD SERVICE!
Q: There is not enough stock of an item I really want, what can I do?
A: You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request any item to come back in stock. We usually update our stock levels every 48hours so you can always check back later to see if its back in stock!
